Troubleshooting with Safari
If you are using Safari you may find the embedded web part used in SharePoint does not load. In this instance you may see a blank screen or a message from TeamOrgChart. If you find you are experience this problem please follow the steps below.
Open your SharePoint page in a Private Browsing window
Navigate to your SharePoint page from a Private Browsing window (to open a Private Browsing window press cmd + shift + n from Safari). You should see this page informing you of an error and steps to resolve.
When you see the error message click the "Click here" button. A new window will open.
Close the new window
Once the new window has opened you should see the message in the accompanying screenshot. You can now close this window and return to your SharePoint page.
Refresh your SharePoint page
Now simply refresh your SharePoint page and your chart should now be visible.
